1. Tell something shocking that people surely don’t know yet

First way, you can tell people something shocking, of course with lots of supporting data. To make this even more meaningful, make sure that you tell something in people’s everyday life, like “the biggest foot in the world is three times longer than yours”.

And how to find a shocking info that people surely DON’T KNOW yet? Well, you can just see mainstream and famous shocking thing, and you can take a deeper look at it. You will find that any shocking fact comes with valid (numerical) data. Like the example above, I take it when I see the fact about the biggest human foot in the world, I see the data, and then I just compare it with nowadays’ foot size.

2. Tell great argument with lots of supportive data

If you want something more adrenaline-filled and heart-pumping, you may want to try this method.

Telling argument is fun, and it can be “fulfilling” if you have enough data that supports your argument. You know what, argument sticks, especially the contradictory one. People who are disagreeing with your argument will try to fight you back with their own argument. Yeah, this is fine if you, once again, have enough supporting idea. For example, my argument is “yellow running shoes make you slower”, then I support it with surveys, etc..

3. Tell life-hacks

This is one of the best way to make your presentation a lot more useful. You can just simply give some advices and tips to people. Make sure these advices and tips were simply applicable, so people think that your presentation is very useful in an instant time.

And I also recommend you to tell life-hacks. To tell some tips that can be really used in our everyday life so people can try our tips instantly.

4. Make sure it comes with some points

Your presentation should surely come with some points. You can’t just simply conclude your presentation into one point and for example, inserting it into a quote. So, make sure that your presentation comes out with some points and conclusions. Yeah, the more people could know, the better.

That’s 4 ways to make your presentation useful. Please try these ways and maybe you want to tell us what happened.
